These terms and conditions (hereinafter the “Terms and Conditions”) regulate the use of all the services featuring on the www.museominiaturasjaca.es
website (hereinafter the “Website”) which Jaca Council (hereinafter "Jaca Council”), with registered offices at Calle Mayor 24, City of Jaca, has
made available for Internet users. By using the Website the user expresses his/her full and unequivocal acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, which
may be modified by Jaca Council at any moment. Users are also subject to all those individual conditions, notices, regulations and instructions of
which they are made aware and which relate to specific contents or services, which accompany and complement those stipulated in the Terms and Conditions,
when not in direct conflict with same.
II.- Waiver of liability for the operation of the Website and its services
Jaca Council does not guarantee the availability or continuous operation of the Website, its services or its contents and, where reasonably possibly,
Jaca Council will give prior notice of any interruption to the operation of said services. Jaca Council will not be held liable for damages or losses
of any nature which may arise as a result of the unavailability or discontinuance of the Website or any of its services, or as a result of failure in
the access to any of the Website's various pages, or those through which it renders specific services.

All the graphic documentation included on this Website is for information purposes only.
IV.- Use of the Website and its services by the users
The user undertakes to make proper use of the Website, its contents and services in accordance with the principle of good faith, with the user being

the Website's services.

third parties. Jaca Council does not own any of these websites, nor does it sell or offer the content or services they contain, and therefore assumes
no responsibility whatsoever, whether directly or indirectly, for these websites.

All content, including names, logos, brands and databases which are accessible through the Website, will be subject to the industrial and intellectual
property rights of Jaca Council or third parties who own them, in which case this will be stated explicitly on the Website. Under no circumstances will
acess to the Website imply any kind of waiver, transmission or partial or total granting of the aforementioned rights, nor will it grant any rights for
the use, alteration, operation, reproduction, distribution or public communication of the contents or industrial property without the prior and express
consent of Jaca Council or the third party which owns these rights, with the exception of the rights to view and make copies for the sole and personal
use of the user, which must always be carried out in accordance with the principle of good faith and all applicable legislation.

The Jaca Council Website does not contain any communication tool nor any device to collect information of a personal or any other nature. If this is to
be proposed in the future we will notify you to this effect on the Website section containing the rights and obligations of Jaca Council and web users
relating to this practice, ensuring constant compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Information.
IX.- Prevailing Legislation
These Terms and Conditions are regulated by Spanish Law.
